Jed Pavlin In 1995 Jed Pavlin started a residential Real Estate Brokerage Office & Real Estate Construction Company. Since 1995 Jed has sold & renovated hundreds of homes on Long Island. Jed has over 15 years of experience in Residential Real Estate. Jed recently formed Monarch Real Estate Development Corp. in order to meet market demands for new construction on Long Island. Jed has been married for seven years and is the father of twin girls. Mike Rohde Mike has been in the construction field for over 30 years. Prior to 1995 Mike owned his own Residential Remodeling Company. Mikes knowledge in the field of construction has been a tremendous asset to Monarch Real Estate Development Corp. over the years. Mike has been married for 21 years and is the father of three children. Kevin Record Kevin has more than 15 years experience as a licensed real estate broker. His knowledge and determination has been instrumental in the success of Monarch Real Estate Development Corp. Kevin is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and he studied Business Administration at SUNY Farmingdale. He enjoys spending time with his large family. |
