Shopping online is a pleasure for the consumer of today. However, returns to online stores are not that convenient. Most of today's websites are just acting as middlemen. The return now becomes a three person situation instead of just dealing with one company.
At onlyknobs.com you are always dealing with the company that took your order, packed your order and shipped your order. Everything comes out of our warehouse. As a rule, we will take back any product as long as it is in its original unopened packaging.
When returning an item, please make sure to email or call our office to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. This number must be prominently displayed on the package being returned. We will not be responsible for a return package without an RGA Number. DO NOT WRITE the RGA # on the box. If you do so, we will not be able to provide credit for the returned item.
We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling. Once the item has been returned to us, we shall inspect the item(s) to ensure that the item(s) was returned in the original unopened packaging and in the same quality that it was originally shipped to you. If it is determined that the item is in the same condition as it was when sent to you, we will provide a credit based on the chart below minus shipping & handling charges.
- all returns made in original unopened packaging and within 30 days of delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25% of purchase price.
- all returns made in opened packaging will be subject to our review – if we choose to accept the return, it may be subject to a higher rectocking fee.
- no returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery date.
