Returns
When returning an item, please make sure to email or call our office to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. This number must be prominently displayed on the package being returned. We will not be responsible for a return package without an RGA Number. DO NOT WRITE the RGA # on the box. If you do so, we will not be able to able to provide credit for the returned item.

We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling. Once the item has been returned to us, we shall inspect the item(s) to ensure that the
item(s) was returned in the original unopened packaging and in the same quality that it was originally shipped to you. If it is determined that the item is in the same condition as it was when sent to you, we will provide a credit based on the chart below minus shipping & handling charges.

- All returns made in original unopened packaging and within 30 days of delivery will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25% of purchase price.

- All returns made in opened packaging will be subject to our review - if we choose to accept the return, it may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

- No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery date.

Damage Policy
If an item is damaged or defective, we will ship you a new one upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. The cost of shipping the damaged or defective item(s) is covered by onlyknobs.com. Please do not return a damaged or defective item without first contacting us via e-mail or telephone. We must issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number before accepting any returns. We will not be responsible for a return package without an RGA Number. DO NOT WRITE the RGA # on the box. If you do so, we will not be able to able to provide credit for the returned item.

Missing Item Policy
If an item is missing from your order, please report it to our office within 7 days of delivery. You should inspect your order when you receive it. We will not be responsible for any missing item(s) if you do not report it to our office within 7 days of delivery.

Sales Tax
All orders shipping within New York State is subject to sales tax. Sales tax will not be added to orders shipping outside of New York State.

Liability
Onlyknobs.com liability on a claim of defective design or damage is limited to the replacement of the defective or damaged
item(s). We do not offer refunds unless an order is cancelled within 48 Hours of purchase.
