Orders over the Internet or orders called in to Customer Service Department can be charged to your credit card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Checks are also acceptable, see below.
CHECKS
Orders can be paid by check or money order. Once the order is complete, printout the order form and send it in along with a check made payable to Sunrise Distributors. Sunrise Distributors will not accept post-dated checks or third party checks. For your convenience, most orders paid by personal check will be shipped within one business day. All checks received will be processed through our check guarantee service.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Sunrise Distributors is changing it's shipping policy as of September 1, 2001 to the following:
Sunrise Distributors maintains the largest inventory of its type in the world, Most orders are shipped within one business day. Most orders will be shipped U.P.S. ground or parcel post, unless you request otherwise.

EXCEPTIONS:
Over size or over weight items are shipped freight and are shipped at actual freight and handling charges.
Oils are shipped at actual shipping and handling charges. One gallon of oil weighs 10 lbs.
Freight: These are items that cannot ship our regular shipping methods. These items ship freight.
Split Shipping: If any portion of your order is back ordered and will delay the entire order from shipping in a reasonable time, Sunrise Distributors will ship the items available. The total order shipping charge will be billed at that time and the remaining items will be shipped freight free.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO. These require a special handling fee of $10.00, plus actual shipping and handle charges.

TWO DAY AND OVER NIGHT DELIVERY
Sunrise Distributors offers UPS Over Night and 2nd Day Delivery on most packages. Overnight delivery is available for delivery in only one business day. Second Day Service for delivery in only two business days. This is limited to in-stock items. Orders must be placed no later then 3:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday on the online catalog, or with Customer Service.
Over Night and Second Day Delivery charges are based on actual weight and zone. These charges are added to the invoice at shipping. Orders that are sent Next Day Air can be delivered on Saturday for an additional $10.00.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We welcome business from around the world and will do everything possible to provide you with Sunrise Distributor's prompt service and the best method of shipment. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can be placed over the Internet or called in to customer service. Orders under $100.00US can be charged to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All charges are in United States currency. On orders of more than $100.00US we require U.S. bank drafts, U.S. money orders, letters of credit or wire transfers of funds and require additional fees to process. Freight charges for international shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight of the package(s) and include a S10.00 special handling fee. BACK ORDERS
Items that are placed on back order will be shipped when they arrive. Any item on back order that does not arrive within 30 days of the order date, will be automatically be cancelled. The customer will be notified by email and/or telephone. All funds will be credited upon cancellation of an order due to a back ordering problem.

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Sunrise Distributors will match anyone’s lowest non-sale price. If you find an item anywhere priced lower than the Sunrise Distributors price, Sunrise Distributors will match that price. This guarantee is extended for 30 days after the purchase. Send us your invoice and the printed catalog ad with the item and price. This guarantee applies to the catalog only. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Sunrise Distributors will refund or exchange any unused Accessories Merchandise from the Accessories Section of the site, if returned within 15 days of shipment date. In its original box and packaging. Every returned item must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. The customer must call Customer Service for an RMA number. No items will be accepted COD. After the 15 days a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
If a customer refuses to accepts a package after they have placed a confirmed order, the customer will pay a 20% restocking fee. Any orders that are not cancelled within 48 hours of being placed, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not the order has been shipped.
Microfiche parts are returnable within 7 days with a 20% restocking fee. The parts must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We can not give credit for any part that has been used.
All electrical parts are not returnable. This includes CDI boxes, coils, stators, switch, relays etc.
Sunrise Distributors retains full discretion in granting refunds, exchanges, or credit requests.
Sunrise Distributors will not refund shipping on these items.
All refunds will be credited to the credit card number that the purchase was originally charged to. If payment was by check or money order a check will be mail to the customer not including shipping. Return to table
SHIPMENTS IN ERROR ON Sunrise Distributor's PART
Sunrise Distributors realizes that mistakes do happen from time to time. Any order shipped in error on Sunrise Distributor's part must be returned, unused, within 15 days of it’s original shipping date, in it’s original packaging with packing slip. Sunrise Distributors will refund or exchange the item free of charge. In the case of a refund, Sunrise Distributors will reimburse all shipping and handling charges. All refunds will be credited to the credit card number that the purchase was originally charged to. Every returned item must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Call Customer Service to arrange a pick up of the item by the carrier. Special arrangements can be made for delivery of a new item over night at no charge to you. Talk to Customer Service for details. Return to table
ITEMS THAT FAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

ITEMS THAT FAIL AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Items that fail after 30 days of purchased are to be sent directly to the manufacturer or their service center.
Sunrise Distributors is an approved service center for, Honda ATV, Honda Motorcycle, Honda Power Products, and Honda Scooters. If a part purchased from Sunrise Distributors fails within the warranty period, return the item and invoice for an exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Special arrangements can be made to ensure that a replacement item is shipped overnight. Call customer Service for details on this feature.
