Payment Policy
All orders are to be prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
All orders shipped within New York State are subject to the applicable sales tax, unless proof of tax exemption or resale certificate is provided.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
Returns
All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within ten business days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling. You will also pay a 30% restocking fee.
Please do not return an order without first contacting us via e-mail or telephone. We must issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number before accepting any returns. After being issued your RGA number, simply write the number on the package for our reference.
Damage Policy
If an item is damaged or defective, we will ship you a new one upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. The cost of shipping the damaged or defective item(s) is covered by 2 The Trade Group.
Please do not return a damaged or defective item without first contacting us via e-mail or telephone. We must issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number before accepting any returns.
Liability
2 The Trade Group's liability on a claim of defective design or damage is limited to the replacement of the defective or damaged item(s). We do not offer refunds unless an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
