The 2000 Apartment Building Agreement and the 2000 Resident Managers and Superintendents Agreement have been ratified by the Union membership. Owners and managing agents of residential buildings must be in compliance with the following wage increases effective April 21, 2000 and June 21, 2000 respectively:
2000 APARTMENT BUILDING AGREEMENT
Working Superintendent: $24.00 per week.
Handyman: $21.00 per week plus $2.00 if necessary to maintain a differential of $63.00 per week above the Other rate.
Others: $21.00 per week.
2000 RESIDENT MANAGERS AND SUPERINTENDENTS AGREEMENT
Resident Managers and Superintendent: $24.00 per week.
