AKAM South inaugurated its presence by sponsoring an informational seminar for Florida board members entitled, How To Choose The Right Management Company. The seminar, held on June 21, was based on the book by the same name that Kaminoff co-authored. The seminar attracted more than 50 residential property decision-makers who sought to be educated about their management options. "We were very gratified that so many board members were willing to come out for this type of education," says AKAM Executive Vice President Michael Berenson.
